Produced by brilliant Japanese-Canadian duo Mai and Kenji Hodgson, this 100% Chenin Blanc comes from four parcels in the Anjou region, with vines ranging in age from 30 - 100 years. Juice is slowly fermented, then transferred to barrels and aged for 8-10 months. Mouth filling and bright, with zesty acidity and delicious, clean fruit.
