Venica Sauvignon 'Ronco del Cero' Collio 2016

Established nearly 100 years ago, headed by brothers Gianni and Giorgio Venica, the duo’s estate sits in the heart of Collio, producing terroir-reflective wines in a combination of traditional and modern techniques. The 2016 ‘Ronco del Cero’ presents gorgeous floral aromatics, giving way to a fruit-forward palate of grapefruit, honeysuckle, and herbs. Harmonious balance and refreshing acidity are just two of the many reasons we adore this cuvée!

Sauvignon Blanc

Zippy aromatic vigorous white most readily associated with France (Sancerre; Pouilly-Fumé; Bordeaux Blanc) but truly a world-beater thanks to its citrusy grip and telltale herbaceous aroma.
