Domaine du Pelican Poulsard Arbois 2015

Burgundy legend Guillaume d’Angerville takes on the Jura at Domaine du Pelican and we can’t get enough. This varietal Poulsard is bright and aromatic, vinified using non-oxidative methods. Crunchy red fruit and zingy acidity make this wine super fun to drink, especially when served with charcuterie boards and grilled meats.
