Fruit for Guccione’s ‘C’ cuvée comes from Cerasa, just 35 kilometers southwest of Palermo. Vines are farmed organically and biodynamically, leading to healthy, concentrated fruit. Comprised of Cataratto, the juice ferments in large wooden casks with ten days of skin contact, giving texture and weight to the final wine. Juicy, nutty, and full of depth.
