Hailing from Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Seville Estate’s Chardonnay is hand picked and whole cluster pressed, followed by fermentation in barrel. The wine is a gorgeous yellow, showing aromas of stone fruit melon, and flinty earth notes. On the palate, vibrant stone fruit and toasty baking spice gives way to a long lasting, delicious finish. Absolutely stunning with an array of fall foods, root vegetables, and creamy sauces.
