Hailing from Vezelay, Domaine de la Cadette’s vines are nestled amongst the Morvan mountain range in northern Burgundy. Grapes for ‘La Chatelaine’ come from 25 year old vines anchored in limestone soils, providing healthy nutrition to the fruit. The Chardonnay is aged 7-10 months in stainless steel, preserving the grapes’ natural fruit forward flavors and bright acidity. Pairs with basically anything and everything.
