Jolie-Laide Pinot Gris 'Rorick Heritage' Calaveras 2016

This unique, New World Pinot Gris comes from Calaveras, about 65 miles southeast of Sacramento. Hailing from vineyards planted in schist and limestone, fruit is crushed by foot and cold soaked, giving texture and a beautiful rose-like hue to the wine. This exotically aromatic wine is perfect with spicy cuisine, as well as seafood and sushi.
