Burgundy legend Guillaume d’Angerville takes on the Jura at Domaine du Pelican and we can’t get enough. This varietal Savagnin ouillé, meaning ‘topped up,’ is vinified in a closed off (topped up) environment, eliminating the wine’s contact with air. Lack of oxidation allows the full, aromatic fruit-forwardness of Savagnin to push through, showing gorgeous flavors of white fruit, flowers, and earth spice.
