Located on the ‘Le Vallin’ plateau, Domaine Jamet has proudly vinifies traditional style Northern Rhone Syrah at the namesake estate; currently headed by Jean-Paul and his wife Corinne, the duo is working on their 41st vintage, using whole-cluster fermentations, stainless steel vinifications, and elevage in large oak casks for 22 months.
