As a Verve Wine client, you are able to shop from both our San Francisco and New York inventories. Shipping times/costs are generally more efficient when your shipping address is in closer proximity to the inventory closest to you; however, both inventories are available to everyone.

Time in transit is dependent on your location. You can expect to receive your delivery within 3-7 business days. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information.
We work with compliant carriers to bring our customers quality, reliable delivery. Due to the intricacies of shipping to AL, OK & TX, slightly longer delivery times can be expected. Shipments to these states will receive tracking information once the shipment has made it into your local area and is picked up by the local carrier.

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping carriers will attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee of $20 will be incurred for second shipment.
All orders in Manhattan (Below 96th St) and San Francisco (7x7) placed by 3:00pm may be delivered same day, contingent upon availability of couriers. While we offer free shipping on orders over $175, additional fees may apply for same-day delivery.
Free delivery is available within our immediate neighborhood, with same-day drop-off guaranteed if placed by 7:00pm. For same-day delivery outside of Tribeca or Pacific Heights, please call the shop at (212) 810-2899 or (415) 896-4935, respectively, and inquire with our teams.

Yes! We are happy to hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate your future shipment.

Verve Wine is happy to accept returns of unopened wine or spirits up to 30 days after the date of sale. Original sales receipt is required.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 1-4 business days for refund to be reflected in your account.
Pre-arrivals reflect our favorite, limited-edition wines, available for purchase before they’ve even made it stateside. Upon the wines’ arrival at Verve, we will reach out to you to confirm shipping details. Shipping costs will be determined based on delivery information; due to the variable nature of pre-arrivals, arrival dates to Verve are subject to change.
